Monday and Tuesday appointments run until 7 PM, and we are open Saturday mornings, so many patients schedule around a commute or school pickup without taking a day off.
Parking and getting into the building
Parking is free and on site, right at the building, so there are no meters or garages to deal with. That matters most for TMS patients, who come in five days a week during a treatment course.

- From Congers: about 7 minutes, south and west along Congers Road.
- From Nanuet: about 10 minutes, north on Middletown Road or Route 304.
- From West Nyack: about 10 minutes, north on Route 304.
- From Spring Valley: about 12 minutes, east via Route 59 or Route 45, then north.
- From Nyack: about 15 minutes, west on Route 59, then north on Route 304.
- From Pearl River: about 15 minutes, north on Middletown Road through Nanuet.
- From Haverstraw: about 15 minutes, south on local roads into New City.
- From Bergen County, NJ: about 20–25 minutes, north on the Palisades Interstate Parkway into Rockland.
Times are estimates and can stretch during weekday rush hours or school traffic on Route 304 and Route 59. Everything Healing Mindz offers is available at this location:
- Psychiatric evaluations for adults and adolescents
- Medication management, with video follow-ups once you are stable
- Individual therapy with our licensed therapists
- TMS therapy — all of our TMS treatment is delivered here, including care for depression, OCD and anxious depression

A TMS course is usually 30 to 36 sessions, five days a week for four to six weeks, and each visit lasts roughly 20 to 40 minutes depending on the protocol. You are awake throughout and can drive yourself home. Learn what a typical day looks like on what to expect from TMS.
Your first visit in New City
Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early for your first appointment so there is time to park, find Suite 302 and finish any remaining paperwork. Bring your insurance card, a photo ID and a list of every medication and supplement you take. A new-patient evaluation usually runs 45 to 60 minutes, and you will leave knowing the next step, whether that is a medication plan, therapy, a TMS consultation or a follow-up by video.
