TMS treatment is not delivered at the Middletown office. You can meet with us here to talk through your history and whether TMS makes sense, and we can start checking your TMS coverage. Before your first Middletown appointment
When you call to book, the front desk takes your insurance details and checks your benefits ahead of time, so you are not surprised at check-in. On the day, bring a photo ID, your insurance card, your current medication list and any records from a previous psychiatrist, therapist or hospital stay. Adolescents should come with a parent or guardian.
The first appointment is a full psychiatric evaluation and usually lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Afterward, many patients choose a mix of in-person visits here and video follow-ups, which cuts down on driving in winter and during busy work weeks.
